This means that, in the event of a power cut, your broadband and your phone line would not be available, even for making emergency calls.
This is why Truespeed offers an uninterrupted power supply (UPS) device to medically vulnerable customers, ensuring that they can continue to make essential phone calls to emergency services or other important contacts for one hour.
