Celebrating the very best of the South West and Thames Valley, the South West Business and Community awards bring together inspiring people and incredible business from across the region. And Truespeed is incredible proud to have won ‘Employer of the Year’ at the 2021 awards.

This year saw a record numbers of applications and included truly inspiring success stories from one of the most challenging years in history. From Communities banding together to support each other throughout Covid-19, to the sheer determination of young entrepreneurs, it demonstrated the incredible spirit the South West has to offer.

With the staggering volume of applications and outstanding success stories, it makes Truespeed even more honoured to have won ‘Employer of the Year’ at the 2021 awards. It’s a huge milestone for the whole team and we’re thrilled our efforts to make Truespeed more than just a place to work have been recognised by the judges.

“The company is committed to ensuring a solid knowledge base through training and experience. And has placed its emphasis on ensuring that employee happiness and welfare, both physical, mental and emotional, remains the number one priority, resulting in a motivated and long staying workforce.”
