Truespeed shortlisted for Broadband Provider of the Year Award

Last month we were delighted to be shortlisted for two awards at this year’s EntreConf Awards, and now we’ve been shortlisted for two more at the 2024 Connected Britain Awards; Broadband Provider of the Year Award and The Rising Star Award.

The Connected Britain Awards recognise the most significant and innovative organisations, solutions and programmes shaping Britain’s digital future, so we’re absolutely delighted to have been shortlisted.

This is the second year running we’ve been shortlisted for Broadband Provider of the Year Award, narrowly missing out in 2023 to Bsk. But, regardless it is a huge honour to be considered and demonstrates the hard work of our whole team. Not only are we building a brand new, ultrafast full-fibre network in rural areas other providers wouldn’t bother, but we’re also ensuring we put our customers at the forefront of our growth with first-class customer service.

We can see this in our network reaching over 100,000 homes, our customer base surpassing 21,000 and our five-star Trustpilot score.

These fantastic achievements have been hugely supported by Nat, our Head of Retention, who’s been nominated for the Rising Star Award. Nat’s been working incredibly hard behind the scenes across the business to help ensure best-in-class communications with our customers.
