We're building across the South West

We believe that everyone has the right to a broadband connection that works.

That’s why we are building a brand new, state-of-the-art, full-fibre broadband network across the South West.

We’re not like other providers

Our mission is to bring ultrafast, full-fibre broadband to communities that other providers have overlooked. And because we want to build where people need us most, we don’t normally connect areas where full-fibre is already available.

Our broadband and Wi-Fi speeds are vastly superior to what our customers have been used to. While broadband users in Somerset typically get speeds between 31 and 81 Mbps (this is 48% lower than the UK average), Truespeed’s broadband starts at 150 Mbps. What’s more we can guarantee our higher speeds for both downloads (like streaming) and uploads (like video calls).

That’s why upgrading to Truespeed makes such a difference for so many of our customers.

Full-fibre is gradually being rolled out by different providers across the UK.  But their focus is largely on the bigger cities, whilst ours is here amongst the communities [link to community page] of the South West.

That’s why you won’t find us in every city centre – areas that are already well-served with full-fibre by national providers.  Like other smaller, full-fibre companies across the country, we’re focused on rolling out full-fibre to the rural, semi-rural and suburban communities other providers have chosen to ignore.  And we’ve already passed over 105,000 properties across the region.

Connecting the South West

Our network is always growing, and we’re working as quickly as possible to deliver the fastest, most reliable broadband to communities throughout the South West.

By 2025, we aim to pass 500,000 properties, meaning each property is ready to get connected our full-fibre broadband. It’s an ambitious goal, but one we’re well on the way to achieving.

Don’t just take our word for it
