Role Purpose

We’re seeking an ambitious Digital Marketing Executive (PPC) / Google Ads Specialist to join our expanding marketing team. In this role, you’ll plan, launch, and optimise paid search and display campaigns to drive measurable business growth.

If you’re data-driven, results-focused, and enjoy experimenting with creative campaigns, this is your chance to take ownership of our Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and programmatic display campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ​Plan, launch, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • ​Manage Display campaigns via Google Ads and StackAdapt
  • ​​Analyse performance data, track KPIs, and produce actionable insights
  • ​​Write compelling ad copy that drives clicks, conversions, and ROI
  • ​Monitor and manage budgets, bids, targeting, and placements to maximise performance
  • ​Conduct A/B testing and continuous campaign optimisation
  • ​Stay up-to-date with the latest PPC, SEM, and performance marketing trends and tools

What We’re Looking For:

  • ​1–2 years’ experience in a PPC or performance marketing role (agency or in-house)
  • ​Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • ​Experience with programmatic platforms like StackAdapt is a bonus
  • ​Analytical and data-driven, with a performance-focused mindset
  • ​Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ​Comfortable managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
  • ​Enthusiastic about digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and campaign optimisation
