About the Role:

As our Installations Coordinator, you’ll be the bridge between our field teams, customers, and internal departments – ensuring telecoms installations are scheduled efficiently and completed to the highest standard. You’ll manage appointments, allocate resources, and provide support throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule installation appointments with customers and field engineers
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure all pre-installation checks and requirements are completed
• Monitor engineer availability and workloads to optimise efficiency
• Provide clear and timely communication to customers regarding their installations
• Track progress of works, updating systems and stakeholders accordingly
• Assist with resolving scheduling conflicts or customer issues proactively
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to installations and customer interactions

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a coordination, scheduling, or administrative role (telecoms or utilities preferred)
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• Confident using scheduling systems, CRM software, Teams, and Microsoft Office tools
• A customer-first mindset with a proactive problem-solving attitude
• ​Ability to remain calm under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Bonus if you have:

• Experience working with telecoms installation teams or service providers
• Knowledge of fibre broadband infrastructure and terminology
• Working knowledge of Fastfield, Monday.com and Skedulo computer
  systems or equivalent
