Like most providers, when you sign up to Truespeed you commit to a minimum-term contract with us. So after 30 days you can upgrade to faster broadband at any time, but you can’t downgrade to a slower speed.
In our experience, the most likely change customers may need to make is when their Wi-Fi starts being used in different rooms. That’s why our mesh units only have a 30-day contract, meaning you can add and remove them whenever you like.
If you have a phone line with us, you can also add and remove phone add-ons like calling plans and phone features throughout your contract.
